Methods
1. First, we create relevant questions and interview the residents in the Ang Mo Kio area and also observe the behavior of stray cats.
2. Second, we will observe stray cats and the residents' interactions with them and check if the felines have any contagious and diseases.
3. Lastly, we will compute the data into a conclusion.
